We are a well reputed business and have been in the property damage restoration industry in Canada for around 4 decades. We provide trusted and expert services for water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

We are currently looking for a Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our Emergency Department.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the restoration or construction industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications in restoration (IICRC) preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work onsite / in office (M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM) and on-call for emergencies

 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the emergency department, ensure deployment of resources are timely and effective, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction in property emergency situations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders within the team and business to ensure excellent customer service
  • Build and manage the team, assess competencies, and check and close operational gaps
  • Manage the budget and identify potential risks and issues, in coordination with other managers
  • Be the point of contact for customer in escalation situations and assist onsite when required
