Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
- Installation, repairs, and diagnosis of propane gas systems.
- Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.
- Fix issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.
- Installation of pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
- Consult with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.
- Advise clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumbing Certificate preferred
- 5+ years plumbing experience in a commercial setting.
- Valid driver's license and clean abstract
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Has own trade tools
- 1st to 4th year apprentice and journeyman plumbing certifications are considered
- Ability to commute or relocate.
