Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of service appointments, from initial contact to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Open and manage work orders in our ERP system.
• Schedule and book appointments for service technicians to visit customers.
• Oversee the lifecycle of appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Coordinate with service technicians and customers to address any issues or changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
