The Furnace & A/C Installer / Sales Specialist is responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading heating and cooling systems while also engaging with customers to promote additional products and services.

This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys hands-on installation work and has the ability to communicate solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and value for the customer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Install, replace, and upgrade furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems.

  • Provide accurate diagnostics and ensure all systems meet code and performance standards.

  • Evaluate existing systems and offer customers recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades or replacements.

  • Present product options, explain benefits, and assist customers in making informed decisions.

  • Work closely with the service and sales teams to generate and close leads.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with honesty and integrity.

  • Keep accurate records of installations, estimates, and customer interactions.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (furnaces and A/C systems).

  • Experience with sales or customer-focused communication within the HVAC industry.

  • Valid HVAC certification and Gasfitter license (if required by local regulations).

  • Strong understanding of HVAC components, airflow, and energy efficiency standards.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
