Pay: CA$50,000.00 – CA$100,000.00 per year

IMPORTANT: Hiring & Onboarding Requirements

Although this role operates from the Belleville region, all candidates must be able to travel to our Pickering Head Office for the following:

 

1. Drive Test – mandatory pre‑hire road evaluation.
2. Onboarding Session – paperwork, orientation, and system setup.

 

Cross-Border Long Haul Pay

$0.58 per mile – IL, TN, MS, GA, NC, PA, OH, IN, MN, WI

$0.60 per mile – ON/QC to Northeast U.S.

Bonus: +$0.05 per mile on all miles when you drive 4,800+ miles in a 2‑week pay period.

70% of our fleet earns the bonus every payroll.

Earn up to $0.65 per mile every payroll.

Additional pay for waiting time and extra stops.

Requirements

• 1–2 years AZ driving experience
• Valid AZ license
• Cross‑border eligibility (required)
• Clean abstracts and criminal record
• Professional, team‑focused attitude
